Fleet Captain
Fall Line Events Ltd. will be working with several major international stakeholders to provide Ground Transportation services during the 2026 Milan Winter Olympics and is recruiting multiple roles to assist with the transport system throughout the Games.

Fleet Captains report directly to the Fleet Manager and are responsible for assisting with the delivery, inventory, daily preparation, daily maintenance, collection and return of vehicles and related fleet materials.

Duties Included:

• Review and inventory of vehicles upon acceptance from supplier
• Outfitting any vehicle accessories
• Coordinating the delivery of vehicles to designated locations or individuals
• Responding to incidents and providing assistance where needed
• Conducting general vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Coordinating the service of vehicles
• Assisting motor pools with vehicle related issues
• Collecting and returning vehicles to vehicle vendor

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:     

• Italian and English languages necessary
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Clear thinking in a busy team environment
• Methodical approach to daily tasks
• Flexibility and commitment to long working hours and weekends
• Full clean driving license and willingness to drive in Milan
• Good computer skills to help ensure that vehicle records are accurate
• Must be Milan based or able to provide their own accommodation for the duration of the contract.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the Olympics schedule.  Working hours may be up to 72 hours per week and up to 7 days per week.
• Winter driving experience
• Be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least two years
