Fall Line is seeking experienced and professional Drivers to provide transportation services during the 2026 Winter Olympic Games in Milan. As a Fall Line Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of crew, talent, VIPs and other individuals involved in the Olympic Games. We are offering very competitive salary rates and accommodation may be provided for staff who are not based in Milan. Positions run for between four and six weeks starting in January and February, running through the Olympic period.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently operate designated vehicles provided by Fall Line
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and security protocols to maintain safety and security at all times
  • Monitor and adjust travel routes as needed, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and any other unforeseen circumstances to minimize delays and optimize efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger inquiries, concerns, and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with transportation supervisors, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient coordination of transportation operations.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle, both inside and outside, by regularly cleaning and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least two years
  • Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a high-profile event or executive transportation setting.
  • Strong driving skills and the ability to navigate through complex traffic situations.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict schedules and timeframes.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the Olympics schedule.  Working hours may be up to 72 hours per week and up to 7 days per week.
  • Proficiency in English
Beneficial Skills:
  • Italian language skills
  • Experience of driving in winter conditions
Note: Due to the unique nature of the Milan Olympics, additional security clearances and training may be required for this position.
